by Fairmont Homes NSW

This house is truly one of a kind, built to the owner’s specific idea of creating a Balinese feel in the heart of acreage area, Grasmere. Fairmont Homes have worked closely with the owner to accommodate for the many items imported from overseas, and to contribute to the overall theme of the house. This magnificent home is fully rendered with an extensive use of James Hardie columns and corbelling around the windows. The eaves feature a soffit moldings which had to be exclusively sourced from Queensland.

The front door was imported from Bali and was customised to be installed.

Travertine features throughout the house.

The master bedroom is most impressive with its open ensuite, huge rear balcony, his and hers walk-in-robes, and the small outdoor room to the front of the house as well as many features through niches and timber work. An interesting design feature is the turret, which houses the wrap-around staircase, and features stepped windows to illuminate the stairs and provide light for the master bedroom entry.
