We’re very proud and happy to announce that Spadaccini Homes has taken out the top award, HIA-CSR Australian Home of the Year, at the 2017 HIA-CSR Australian Housing Awards.
This year’s awards ceremony was held at the Hamilton Island Convention Centre on Saturday, May 27. The three day event included Business Building Sessions, a special guest speakers’ lunch, and a charity golf day. Hundreds of industry leaders were in attendance to see the presentation of the award winning projects.

The Awards is the industry’s premier occasion to spotlight top builders, designers, and building companies from all over Australia.

- HELM - New South Wales
- Elliott Projects - New South Wales
- Space Constructions - Queensland
The HIA-CSR Australian Home of the Year is the most prestigious award for the residential building industry. Spadaccini Homes’ winning project also won the Australian Custom Built Home award, partnered by Stramit Building Projects.
The glamorous home featured immaculate designs without compromising on functionality. The judges swayed in favour of the home’s high quality workmanship, attention to detail and luxurious finishes, including marble flooring, stone cladding and glass mosaics.
