A New Partner

Without question, one of the defining highlights of 2015 has been joining forces with the HIA. This is a partnership that has redefined newhomesguide.com.au and helped us initiate our national expansion.

This partnership puts us in the unique position as the only digital marketing platform in Australia that is dedicated to the new homes sector and offers the power and benefits of HIA partnership.

National Expansion

Since our launch in 2011, expansion into national markets has always been on our road map and in 2015 we achieved that goal. This year has seen us extend our offering to builders and developers across Australia.

We launched into national capital cities including Adelaide, Melbourne, Sydney, Brisbane and the state of Tasmania.

Sales Resources

To assist in our expansion and allow us to provide the best possible service in the eastern states, we appointed a National Sales Manager, Parthena Simone, who is based in Melbourne.

Parthena has been incredibly busy meeting builders, creating relationships and collaborating with the HIA’s key people in the eastern states markets. Keep an eye out for her in 2016.

Digital Marketing

Central to our marketing strategy is our dedication to SEO and SEM investment. These are central to the delivery of traffic to newhomesguide.com.au and therefore also integral to the customer engagement we give our builders.

In 2015, our SEO / SEM commitment went national as we start to build momentum, and consumer traffic, in all national markets.

We look forward to continuing to increase this investment in 2016.
